Based off this YouTube video. I would advise you not to watch the video until after you have played the game.
The game has four endings with multiple paths to get there. 3/4 endings are bad, while 1/4 is good.

Game Spoilers

This game is based off the YouTube video "Shia LaBeouf" Live - Rob Cantor", a song written by Rob Cantor that features Shia LaBeouf. 
In the song, you are wandering through the woods at night when you get lost. That is when you see Shia LaBeouf with blood on him, he starts chasing after you.
Your leg gets caught in a bear trap and to escape him, you must chew your leg off.
Then you reach a cabin where you spot Shia. You break in and take him by surprise, killing him.
The events of the song is skewed in the game, starting with you waking up in the woods, naked and unable to remember how you got there.
On your journey to get out of the woods, you come across a cabin where Shia LaBeouf is awaiting your entrance.
